When we send out your order, we provide details about the carrier company, shipping date, and the estimated delivery date on Your Account page and in the confirmation email for your shipment. You can easily track the status of your package in the Your Orders section.

Occasionally, if the product you ordered is available from a different seller located closer to you, we may fulfill your order with their inventory (with both sellers' agreement, of course). In such cases, we will inform you in the shipping confirmation email, and you can find information about both sellers in your order Invoice on Your Orders page.
